Ok a suggestion is War NlR Is maybe you need to wait 5minutes to raid every time you die Yes there are rule modifications war's would be a war of attrition tho  so I don't have to defend a Russian raid  None known

Neither one is possible to raid since the soldiers there will instantly respawn and gun you down. There needs to be either: [list] [*]An NLR timer during wars, possibly 2-3 minutes [*]A respawn timer, restricting when you can respawn [/list]
